Adams & Martin Group is assisting a well-established, fast-growing personal injury law firm in their search for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal.

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal who can hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to clients' cases from day one.
Position Overview
The Pre-Litigation Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload and support their attorney throughout the pre-litigation phase. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation process
* Gather needed documentation, and maintain organized case files
* Review and summarize medical records and bills
* Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and lien holders
* Draft demand letters, and other pre-litigation documents as needed
* Monitor treatment status and ensure timely follow-up with clients
* Support attorneys with case preparation, investigation and strategy
* Maintain accurate notes and deadlines within case management software
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of pre-litigation experience in personal injury preferred
* Strong understanding of the personal injury processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
* High level of professionalism, empathy, and client-service orientation
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
